How long are VIP sessions?

All VIP packages range from 3–4 hours maximum, depending on the package selected and client needs.

Are these services clinical or medical?

No. MAMA Grounded provides non-clinical, education- and support-based services only. This includes systems navigation, movement education, and postpartum planning.

Is movement required?

No. Movement is always optional and client-directed. Sessions can be adapted to focus more on systems navigation, planning, or stress reduction.

What kind of movement is included?

Movement offerings include low-impact and HIIT-informed strength work appropriate for postpartum bodies, with gentle stretching at the end of sessions. Yoga instruction is not offered during the soft launch.

Do I need equipment?

No specialized equipment is required. All movement is designed to be accessible using bodyweight or household items.

Are these packages covered by insurance?

No. VIP packages are not insurance-billable and are offered as private-pay services.

Can I upgrade after booking?

Yes. If additional support is needed, packages can be upgraded based on availability
